About the Role

You will define how products and features are positioned and brought to market. You will translate product complexity into clear, compelling narratives, build scalable messaging frameworks, and lead go-to-market plans for launches and feature releases. You will work closely with Product, Design, Growth, CRM, Social, and Customer Care to align in-product copy, ensure consistent execution across touchpoints, bring user and market insights into product development, set success metrics (adoption, activation, usage), and iterate on launches to improve performance. You will also contribute to building a structured, repeatable product marketing practice.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing roles
  • Experience building positioning and messaging for consumer products
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product launches in cross-functional environments
  • Structured thinking and ability to build reusable frameworks
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
  • High standards for clarity, precision, and quality in writing
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, neobank, or high-scale consumer apps is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across core products and new product lines
  • Translate product capabilities into clear user-centric value propositions
  • Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases
  • Partner with Product and Design to align launches and in-product copy with positioning
  • Integrate user, market, and competitive insights into product development
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Social teams to ensure consistent launch execution
  • Define and track success metrics for launches and iterate based on performance
  • Develop a structured, repeatable product marketing approach
