TL;DR
Clinical Lead, Partner Solutions (AI): Serving as a clinical subject matter expert in solution scoping and design, and leading all projects involving custom machine learning (ML) solutions using unstructured clinical data with an accent on translating complex healthcare problems into actionable data products. Focus on integrating clinical expertise with technical and business frameworks to design impactful, scalable solutions.
Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Team optimizes meeting hours in the pacific time zone.
Salary: $175,000 to $210,000. This role is eligible for incentive pay and stock options.

What you will do
- Support client engagements as a clinical SME, translating between business, technical, and clinical perspectives.
- Define and shape solution approaches that leverage unstructured clinical data.
- Serve as the clinical lead and primary liaison for engagements involving unstructured clinical data.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, success criteria, and data/feature expectations.
- Act as a client-facing spokesperson: lead meetings, deliver capability demos, and present project updates and results.
- Ensure client success through tailored enablement materials and guidance on leveraging unstructured data.
Requirements
- Clinical degree with 5+ years of experience working with real-world clinical data (e.g., EHR systems, clinical documentation, annotation) in research or industry settings.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference for those with a MD or DO.
- Preference with those with hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or R for working with real-world evidence (RWE) data.
- Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary projects end-to-end, coordinating across clinical, technical, and client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences and translate between clinical and technical requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer as we are unable to sponsor work visas or permits (e.g. F-1 OPT, H1-B) at this time.
