Salary: $104,100 - $166,500

What you will do

• Act as intermediary between market/business requirements and R&D to advocate for the product internally.
• Plan and prioritize product roadmap work and product support issues with the scrum team.
• Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.
• Manage priorities of multiple product backlogs and execution with scrum teams using tools such as Rally, Jira etc.
• Participate and present product functions to internal and external stakeholders during demo sessions, marketing event and/or executive reviews.
• Partner with Architecture teams solutioning new features and capabilities, including exploring applicability of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning technologies.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Engineering AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or enterprise software development.
• Technical knowledge of mainframe software, transformation trends, and insights is required.
• Expertise in managing complex cross-functional, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment and defining product backlogs and prioritization.
