What you will do

• Lead strategic vision for high-value enterprise accounts to drive adoption and expansion.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and voice of the customer to influence product development.
• Perform platform health assessments, including CI/CD and secure supply chain governance.
• Guide customers on AI-assisted development workflows and operational strategies.
• Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI to customer leadership.
• Mentor and support junior team members to share best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM or Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on expertise in containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven ability to manage technical strategy for complex enterprise accounts.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical professionals.
