Location: Must be based in the US or Canada and available to work PST or CST hours.

Salary: $152,150 – $179,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a book of named accounts through onboarding, value realization, and expansion.
  • Lead post-sales technical value-selling efforts and product demonstrations for GraphOS.
  • Facilitate customer workshops including Success Planning, Event Storming, and Impact Mapping.
  • Provide expert guidance on API architecture best practices and cloud migration strategies.
  • Drive customer health, perform risk interventions, and re-engage stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Act as a product owner to scope and execute high-impact technical delivery projects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada with availability for PST or CST working hours.
  • Proven experience in technical account management, program management, or success leadership.
  • Deep understanding of API architecture, cloud migration, and modern deployment stacks like Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across both technical and business teams.
  • Ability to navigate hands-on technical solutions and evaluate Build/Value management processes.
