What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding and guide integration architecture to drive deep platform adoption.
- Conduct strategic delivery reviews and briefings with VP-level engineering and CTO stakeholders.
- Proactively identify technical risks and blockers to ensure successful renewals and expansions.
- Advocate for customer needs by providing actionable product feedback and roadmap input internally.
- Contribute to internal technical playbooks and mentor team members to improve overall capability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or equivalent post-sale technical advisory role.
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Strong technical foundation in DevOps tooling, specifically Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Practical scripting ability in languages like Bash, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven ability to communicate technical strategy effectively to high-level stakeholders including CTOs.
- Must be located in North America (Canada or the United States).
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile build pipelines including Xcode, Fastlane, and Gradle.
- Knowledge of large-scale monorepo architectures or complex multi-team configurations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
