What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s company-wide data infrastructure strategy.
• Partner with executives and functional leaders across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Finance to align data priorities with business goals.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across hirify.global through effective storytelling and clear communication.
• Create AI-first self-serve experiences for every hirify.global’n to get the data they need.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights and develop an analytics roadmap.
• Lead and grow a data engineering team to develop, operate, and maintain hirify.global’s internal analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with a track record of leading high performing teams.
• A demonstrated depth of subject matter expertise in SaaS.
• A deep understanding of modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, etc.), data modeling, and integration frameworks.
• Skill in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• A strong engineering and automation-driven approach to systems architecture.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work.
