What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models and transformations for reliable business datasets.
• Collaborate to integrate new data sources and automate high-performing pipelines.
• Develop a semantic layer to standardize key metrics across the organization.
• Implement data quality checks, testing frameworks, and governance practices.
• Partner with product, finance, and sales teams to translate business needs into robust solutions.
• Continuously improve architecture and apply modern best practices while experimenting with AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ELT/ETL workflows, version control (Git), and data governance.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience building and maintaining dimensional data models.
• Experience with modern cloud data stacks such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented approach with a focus on ownership and problem-solving.
