What you will do

• Develop and optimize advanced AI algorithms and robotics applications for neuromorphic architectures.
• Evaluate and benchmark robotic models, including VLA for drones and humanoids, on neuromorphic hardware.
• Validate the neuromorphic SDK by running real-world workloads and gathering performance metrics.
• Propose software enhancements to the core development team based on empirical data.
• Publish benchmark results and findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and C++.
• 2+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience developing AI models for perception, reasoning, and control.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge AI hardware accelerators or event-based sensors.
• Background in software development for robotics or real-time control systems.
• Experience with architectural benchmarking and performance profiling.
