What you will do

• Design and implement AI-native tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Architect multi-step agentic systems with human-in-the-loop guardrails that run reliably at scale.
• Embed AI-assisted capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions to improve build reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify high-friction workflows and translate them into structured automation.
• Instrument AI-powered features with end-to-end logging, monitoring, and evaluation metrics.
• Document patterns and best practices to ensure consistent adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in infrastructure or internal tooling.
• Fluency in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic or LLM-powered systems in production.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
