What you will do

• Lead cross-domain engineering strategy and execution, translating hirify.global’s vision into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.
• Architect and evolve hirify.global’s technical foundations by simplifying systems and driving consistency in data models and APIs.
• Set and uphold hirify.global-wide technical standards for code quality, observability, reliability, and data management.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design leaders to align technical investments with business outcomes.
• Mentor and grow hirify.global’s senior technical community, guiding Lead and Principal Engineers in decision-making and career development.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by exploring emerging technologies and improving developer experience.
