Senior Global Benefits Specialist (LegalTech): Designing and scaling global benefit programs for a rapidly growing tech company with an accent on international compliance and Workday integration. Location: Hybrid work environment; local ns in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney are expected to be in-office at least twice per week.
Salary: $89,300 – $120,700 CAD (based on experience and region).

What you will do
- Partner in the design and delivery of global benefit programs across 10+ countries, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.
- Modernize benefits infrastructure by implementing automated systems and Workday integrations.
- Execute global renewal cycles and open enrollment periods to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- Manage compliance and risk by aligning programs with local legislation (e.g., US ACA, collective agreements) and conducting regular audits.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex benefit inquiries and mentor junior specialists within the team.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global benefits with focus on the US, Europe, and LATAM.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Benefits administration.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements including COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with US experience.
- Ability to thrive in a builder environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
