What you will do

• Direct and develop multiple functional areas within PTS, including Workday platform delivery and recruiting systems.
• Hold end-to-end accountability for service performance, including delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate People & Places strategy into a clear People Technology roadmap.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to People Operations and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of managers and senior specialists.
• Manage budget and vendor spend within the People Technology portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise platform delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading distributed, global teams.
• Deep expertise in Workday across multiple domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale HR system delivery or platform evolution.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in global HR systems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a consulting, solution architecture, or product management function within HR technology.
• Broad exposure across HR domains including recruiting, learning, talent, and workforce management systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR solutions, automation, and digital workflow tools.
