People Technology Delivery Manager (HR): Leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions that power HR and payroll processes with an accent on applying creative and effective solutions to complex business problems. Location: Employees who are based in Denver, San Francisco, New York City, or Scottsdale will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
Salary: $128,000 - $160,000/year in Denver, $154,945 - $198,681/year for New York/San Francisco.

What you will do
- Lead configuration of Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking) based on complex business requirements.
- Architect and guide the development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles.
- Develop and own advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Design and lead test strategies, including test plans, scripts, and UAT coordination.
- Provide expert-level Workday system support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Mentor and upskill team members on Workday functionality, acting as a subject matter authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday development or configuration experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience).
- Advanced knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, ambiguous issues requiring in-depth evaluation.
