What you will do

• Identify and onboard new SME clients within the UK market.

• Manage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
• Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline and data integrity within Salesforce.
• Act as a role model and mentor for the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in FX sales.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven track record in high-value B2B negotiations and C-suite relationship management.
• Deep understanding of complex financial concepts and treasury risk solutions.
