What you will do
- Provide onsite consultation and support to managers and employees to enhance workplace effectiveness.

- Collaborate with an onsite clinical team to navigate complex organizational cases.
- Monitor workplace trends to recommend targeted mental health interventions.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the benefit ecosystem to ensure seamless resource navigation.
Requirements
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NY (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
- Training and experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and training delivery.
- Proficiency in evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused therapy modalities.
- Ability to provide onsite support in New York, NY for 16-20 hours per week.
- Strong technology proficiency with telehealth platforms, Slack, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
