Wellness Program Manager

What you will do

• Perform face-to-face health coaching based on participant health risk appraisals.
• Manage ongoing onsite wellness programs and promotional events.
• Lead wellness activities such as meditation sessions and stretch breaks.
• Coordinate with internal client stakeholders across benefits, safety, and medical departments.
• Review program performance and support long-term wellness strategy development.
• Maintain effective relationships with local wellness champion committees.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a health-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in well-being coordination or a similar client-facing role.
• Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday in Garyville, LA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience working in safety-sensitive environments while adhering to PPE protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
