Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary owner for the Amazon Relay Rewards program in the US, ensuring end-to-end operational execution.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and escalations with key Amazon stakeholders.
  • Drive program readiness, launch coordination, and ongoing optimization across internal teams including Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with program owners and operations leaders.
  • Own and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, proactively driving resolutions to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or Enterprise Account Operations.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS, logistics, or transportation environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong customer-facing presence with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct and execute in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Amazon or similarly complex enterprise customers.
  • Background in managing program launches, pilots, or large-scale rollouts.
  • Familiarity with fleet operations, safety technology, or incentive-based programs.
