Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD

What you will do
- Oversee the full customer onboarding journey from evaluation to steady-state operations.
- Serve as the primary advocate for enterprise accounts by tracking and prioritizing technical requirements.
- Translate customer inquiries into actionable tasks for Engineering and Support teams.
- Manage project milestone negotiations and communication across various stakeholder groups.
- Develop methodologies to enhance engagement efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on documentation, migration tracking, and internal system improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Technical Account Management within a technology company.
- Understanding of support processes and ability to engage with Customer Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with sales processes and professional communication standards.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and maintain persistence during complex tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills for direct interaction via email, Slack, and video conferencing.
