TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Raleigh, NC (Hybrid). No relocation support provided.
Salary: $96,400 – $119,082 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding and adoption.
- Manage complex escalations by coordinating internal engineering and services teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue and maximize renewal rates.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews to assess product health, usage, and future business goals.
- Facilitate demos and workshops to educate clients on product capabilities and best practices.
- Maintain detailed customer records and feedback in CRM systems to influence product improvements.
Requirements
- Must be local to Raleigh, NC and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, sales, or account management.
- Strong background in database and data platform technologies including relational databases and metadata.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for interacting with technical architects and senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and complex problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
