What you will do

• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and daily administrative duties for music agents.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, buyers, and promoters.
• Track and manage tour contracts, deposits, and offer documents (white sheets) with high precision.
• Input final reports and settle live concert shows within internal systems.
• Maintain and update client tour grids, calendars, and ticket counts.
• Assist with special projects and information compilation as required by the team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of professional administrative experience, ideally within the agency or live events sector.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Capacity to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
