What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, testing, and reporting of diverse AI applications within the SOC.
• Identify vulnerabilities in deployed AI solutions and cyber defense postures.
• Develop SOPs, testing methodologies, and actionable recommendations for AI remediation.
• Integrate advanced AI and automation tools into existing cyber security programs.
• Oversee the transition of AI solutions from initial PoC to production-grade environments.
• Utilize data analytic tools such as Splunk, Cribl, Elastic, and Sentinel to secure infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering
• 2+ years of focused experience with Generative AI and LLMs
• Advanced proficiency in Python and production-grade software development
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
• Demonstrated experience in assessing cyber risks and implementing protective AI measures

Nice to have

• Published AI research or open-source contributions
• Experience with edge or low-latency model optimization
• Certifications in AI Ethics, Responsible AI, or Cloud AI Architecture
• Familiarity with adversarial AI testing and red-teaming
