What you will do

• Lead technical discussions with enterprise prospects to ensure successful onboarding and value realization.
• Partner with Account Executives to assist in security reviews, technical qualification, and implementation planning.
• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
• Create high-quality product examples, documentation, and resources for customers.
• Collaborate with product and success teams to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
• Provide prompt support for technical queries and implementation challenges throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders including security teams and executive leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Prior experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Experience using AI tools to strengthen work and improve efficiency.
