Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, ON, Canada; requires up to 50% travel within the assigned sales district
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per annum plus commissions and benefits

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end executive sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signature.
- Lead virtual pursuit teams, including pre-sales architects and technical experts, to deliver comprehensive solution proposals.
- Develop ROI-focused business cases, adoption plans, and roadmaps to drive strategic Microsoft initiatives.
- Facilitate high-level boardroom discussions to align Microsoft technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Generate demand and maintain a robust sales pipeline within a defined territory.
- Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to unlock workshops, incentives, and POC funding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in solution sales focused on Microsoft platforms.
- Experience selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services in enterprise/upper commercial markets.
- Proficiency with M365, Copilot (AI), and Public Cloud (Azure) architectures.
- Expertise in Microsoft Security, Identity (Entra ID), and Collaboration tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into executive-level narratives and business cases.
- Capability to travel frequently within the designated Sales District (up to 50%).
