Salary: $198,600 - $297,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Work alongside the project’s Directors group, shaping project-wide strategy beyond production.
• Oversee and manage the various Producers directly, and provide mentorship for the full production team.
• Build team structures that enable scalability, strong cross-functional collaboration and long-term project success.
• Support the Executive Producer in project routines, reviews, and external representation when required.
• Oversee management of project backlog, jira methodologies, tools, workflows and production practices.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to the Executive Producer.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, successful AAA projects and managing producers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of the pipelines in the game development process, and proven track record of instilling process and workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
