What you will do

• Extract and synchronize data from Workday via APIs to update training reports.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards in Looker to track completion rates and risk levels.
• Analyze large datasets to ensure correct employee segmentation for security strategies.
• Document technical workflows and data integration processes.
• Generate detailed reports for phishing simulation campaigns to identify department trends.
• Support the GRC team with operational tasks and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including complex formulas and data cleaning.
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, API logic, and data integration.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for data automation tasks.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
