TL;DR

Experiential Producer: Leading high-end experiential production from concept through to delivery and wrap with an accent on budget management, vendor sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing creative and technical production workflows, mentoring junior staff, and delivering complex, large-scale activations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York 4 days per week

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead experiential production for projects from initial kickoff to final delivery and wrap.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
  • Source and manage vendors, partners, and freelance contractors to ensure project quality.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, permits, and licenses for all activations and events.
  • Supervise and mentor junior production staff, providing project oversight and career support.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and account teams to integrate all campaign aspects seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential marketing and event production.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the New York office 4 days per week.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets up to $1.5MM.
  • Strong background in managing vendors, partners, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
