What you will do

  • Own and drive the global media strategy and planning across all paid marketing channels.
  • Lead end-to-end media planning, buying, and execution in a multi-market, global environment.
  • Direct external media agencies and strategic partners to ensure flawlessly executed campaigns.
  • Integrate influencer and creator marketing into the broader performance-driven ecosystem.
  • Partner with analytics teams to optimize campaigns using performance data and attribution models.
  • Define consistent measurement frameworks and identify opportunities to scale ROI and channel efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London for this hybrid role.
  • Extensive leadership experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel media budgets.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and complex attribution modeling.
  • Experience operating effectively within global, multi-market corporate environments.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
