What you will do
- Act as the central coordinator for RDM and E2E commerce initiatives across marketing, commercial, and analytics teams.
- Lead the orchestration of RDM activation plans aligned with Nestlé’s consumer recruitment and revenue objectives.
- Oversee campaign deployment and ensure effective execution through collaboration with internal digital and commerce teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as basket incidence and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and touchpoints to align stakeholders and external partners on campaign strategies.
- Document and share best practices to drive scalability across Nestlé categories.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commerce, paid media, trade strategy, retail, or consulting.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Deep understanding of retail commercial elements, including profit margins, forecasting, and demand planning.
- Proven ability to manage direct reports and work with retail bid management platforms like Pacvue.
- Strong experience in campaign management across multiple retail platforms such as Amazon and Criteo.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a self-starter attitude.
