What you will do
- Assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
- Post and manage job descriptions and careers platform internally and externally.
- Manage the candidate experience globally by coordinating interview panels and scheduling interviews through various platforms.
- Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in an internal recruiting database.
- Drive reporting of vacancies and candidate pipelines globally.
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategy and execution of internal mobility, global mobility processes including visas, relocation and tax support.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in any field of study required.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a role involving heavy coordination, problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to independently manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
