What you will do

• Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reports.
• Build and maintain internal controls that protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate statutory audits and work directly with external auditors.
• Ensure all tax filings and regulatory requirements are met on time.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance processes, including leveraging AI tools.
• Monitor changes in financial regulations to maintain organizational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus).
• 6-8+ years of experience in accounting or finance, specifically with month-end close, controls, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
