What you will do
- Analyse energy-security issues, market dynamics, and political trends to inform programme priorities.
- Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of energy security projects, including reporting and donor engagement.
- Coordinate with government representatives, technical specialists, and multilateral partners to strengthen cooperation.
- Organise technical meetings, conferences, and seminars including logistical and content preparation.
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes, reports, and speeches for OSCE leadership and participating states.
- Contribute to OSCE committees, ministerial council preparations, and related negotiations.
Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a Norwegian citizen.
- Second-level university degree in economics, business, law, geography, social sciences, or international relations.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in energy security or economic-environmental development.
- Proven experience in planning and managing donor-funded projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to draft high-quality reports and analytical papers.
- Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
