What you will do

• Facilitate and coach the Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure team productivity.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Champion agile values, collaboration, and trust within the team.
• Ensure clear communication and transparency across the organization.
• Track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on trust-building.
• Fluent in English required; German is a bonus.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about agile values and team-oriented delivery.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent).
