Rollout Manager

TL;DR

Rollout Manager: Supporting a cloud migration program with an accent on defining rollout strategy across IT and business areas, executing rollout and release management, and ensuring service transition and operational readiness. Focus on risk assessment and management, planning and coordinating deployment activities, and stakeholder management.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Define rollout strategy for the cloud migration program across IT and Business.
• Execute rollout and manage release activities.
• Manage service transition and ensure operational readiness.
• Perform risk assessment and manage risks.
• Plan and coordinate deployment activities.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management and planning.
• Experience with application upgrade and data migration projects, including hands-on use of cutover planning tools.
• Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes under the ITIL framework.
• Understanding of technology solution architecture.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Helix).
• Highly proficient spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during implementation events and go-lives.
