What you will do

• Develop and own end-to-end features of the core SaaS platform, from design through to production.
• Design, build, and operate AI agent systems and AI-powered product features.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor the team on high-performance coding standards.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure, development tools, and release automation.
• Ensure systems remain secure against cybersecurity threats and maintain high reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to bring AI prototypes to production-grade quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer in frontend or backend development.
• Deep knowledge of high-level programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Scala, or JavaScript.
• Proven track record of delivering significant product impact in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for clean, high-quality code.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed remote team.
