What you will do

• Create and deliver high-impact Business Value Assessments, including complex ROI modeling and TCO analysis.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to build deal strategies focused on business justification.
• Translate complex technical metrics, such as MTTR and error rates, into business-critical KPIs like revenue at risk and operational efficiency.
• Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to map pain points to company value pillars.
• Mentor and enable GTM teams on best practices for value-based selling to improve conversion rates.
• Drive the ongoing value realization process to ensure long-term customer success post-implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategic Pre-sales.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to create complex financial models and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Technical literacy regarding distributed systems and observability concepts like APM, Infrastructure, and Log Management.
• Must have existing work authorization for the location; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Multilingual capabilities (French, German, or Spanish) for the EMEA market.
• Experience with specialized Value Management platforms and tools.
