What you will do

• Support full-cycle high-volume recruitment for apprenticeships, internships, and entry-level operations roles.
• Execute attraction campaigns across job boards, social media, and careers fairs.
• Manage candidate screening, shortlisting, and assessment center coordination.
• Administer onboarding tasks, including contracts, references, and right-to-work checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support recruitment reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners like schools and colleges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, specifically with volume or early careers hiring.
• Strong understanding of UK recruitment legislation and right-to-work requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting assessment centers or high-volume selection processes.
• Proficiency in using systems to keep accurate candidate records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
