What you will do
- Support full-cycle high-volume recruitment for apprenticeships, internships, and entry-level operations roles.
- Execute attraction campaigns across job boards, social media, and careers fairs.
- Manage candidate screening, shortlisting, and assessment center coordination.
- Administer onboarding tasks, including contracts, references, and right-to-work checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support recruitment reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners like schools and colleges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, specifically with volume or early careers hiring.
- Strong understanding of UK recruitment legislation and right-to-work requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience supporting assessment centers or high-volume selection processes.
- Proficiency in using systems to keep accurate candidate records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
