What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish platform-native content, including short-form video, reels, and static assets.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, replying to comments and fostering conversations with the audience.
• Maintain the social media calendar, ensuring consistent publishing and accurate reporting on performance metrics.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and partners, including briefing and sample distribution.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to create reactive, timely content.
• Support content capture through filming, photography, and basic editing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in content creation and social channel management.
• Strong ability to create and edit phone-first, short-form video content quickly.
• Excellent writing skills for captions, hooks, and community responses.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and details.
• Genuine interest in community building and audience engagement.

Nice to have
