What you will do

• Create original creatives for UA campaigns based on team feedback and market trends.
• Conduct creative analysis of competitor advertisements to identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners on production and workshops.
• Maintain documentation for creative tracking and insights using internal data.
• Produce a wide range of assets including promotional images, motion graphics, and 2D animations.
• Work independently on projects while maintaining regular check-ins with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar creative role.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience working on live projects or products in the gaming industry.
• Understanding of casual mobile game aesthetics and dynamics.
• Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating skill and breadth of experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D software and Unity.
• Experience with digital marketing and user acquisition.
• Familiarity with JIRA for project management.
