What you will do

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on labor laws and cultural nuances across Eastern Europe.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and legal advisors to ensure compliance.
• Support performance management and compensation reviews.
• Drive digital transformation and automation of HR processes using AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience required.
• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws and broader European employment regulations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and terminations.
• Tech-savvy proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
• Additional language skills such as Czech or Serbo-Croatian.
