What you will do

• Accountable for change management and communication strategy, planning, implementation and tracking in the activation of the people and organization in the defined ERP roadmap stages.
• Define the change methods and tools mix for human-centric, effective and efficient change management.
• Periodically review effectiveness and efficiency of the change management measures taken and take respective action, escalating where necessary to the SteerCo to stay on course and accelerate progress and adoption.
• Ensure a high-impact and human-centric change management strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Management.
• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, communication, HR, or process management.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Transformative leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide others through change.
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
