HR Solutions Consultant (HRTech): Acting as the bridge between Sales, Implementation, and Product teams by designing tailored, robust payroll and HR service solutions with an accent on commercial value, technical feasibility, and customer success. Focus on leading client discovery, technical demonstrations, and streamlining complex solution transitions to ensure long-term service delivery and growth.
Location: Must be based in Croatia; role is hybrid.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to design tailored, compliant payroll and HR solutions that address specific client objectives.
- Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and high-impact product demonstrations to showcase solution value.
- Translate complex technical requirements into outcome-focused commercial proposals and business cases.
- Act as the integration lead, coordinating across operations, consulting, and support teams to ensure project scalability.
- Provide sales enablement support, including content creation and competitive positioning to accelerate sales cycles.
- Manage handovers to delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent level of education.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Consulting or Pre-Sales.
- Advanced understanding of service and sales principles within the HRTech market.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-driven environment with demanding deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience in creating sales enablement tools and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of the current Human Capital Management (HCM) software landscape.
