Location: Must be based in Croatia; role is hybrid.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to design tailored, compliant payroll and HR solutions that address specific client objectives.
• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and high-impact product demonstrations to showcase solution value.
• Translate complex technical requirements into outcome-focused commercial proposals and business cases.
• Act as the integration lead, coordinating across operations, consulting, and support teams to ensure project scalability.
• Provide sales enablement support, including content creation and competitive positioning to accelerate sales cycles.
• Manage handovers to delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Consulting or Pre-Sales.
• Advanced understanding of service and sales principles within the HRTech market.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-driven environment with demanding deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating sales enablement tools and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the current Human Capital Management (HCM) software landscape.
