What you will do
- Manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to drive activation and retention.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing using SQL and BI tools to refine messaging and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results against KPIs to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Design and oversee growth projects including loyalty schemes and task-based incentives.
- Monitor user behavior data to identify and resolve friction points in the conversion funnel.
- Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to standardize marketing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Optimove.
- Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
