Location: Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Actively source and engage candidates via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Perform initial resume screening and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Participate in screening interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update records within the ATS system.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes.
  • Support employer branding efforts on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1) and native-level Czech or Slovak required.
  • At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition or sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

  • Prior exposure to interviewing or screening candidates.
