Responsibilities
— Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
— Build and maintain structured hiring pipelines and processes
— Partner with hiring managers and ensure transparency across hiring stages
— Drive interview processes with speed and precision
— Maintain ATS as a single source of truth
— Identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency
— Ensure high-quality candidate experience and communication
Requirements
— 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
— Strong English and Russian communication skills
— Experience hiring mid- to senior-level roles (finance, tech, or similar)
— Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
— Structured, data-driven approach to recruitment
— Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills
