TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Telecom/SaaS): Acting as the technical anchor for support operations and the primary escalation point for complex connectivity challenges with an accent on debugging API logs and network troubleshooting. Focus on bridging the gap between technical root causes and customer solutions while advocating for product improvements within a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to our Amsterdam hub.

What you will do

  • Deconstruct complex provisioning and API failures to drive technical resolution.
  • Investigate network-related incidents like failed SIM activations or outages.
  • Mentor the Tier 1 support team by providing technical guidance on escalated tickets.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, accessible documentation for customers.
  • Advocate for bug fixes and feature improvements by feeding support data back to Engineering.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical role with customer-facing components.
  • Proficiency in debugging APIs using tools like Postman.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts including Webhooks, REST, and request tracing.
  • Ability to investigate ambiguity and solve complex technical problems independently.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to business and end-users.
  • Must be able to work from our Amsterdam hub regularly.
