What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and service delivery for high-profile beauty and skincare influencer campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive influencer strategies including objectives, targets, action plans, and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle: identification, vetting, negotiation, implementation, and reporting.
• Manage team performance and collaborate with PR, social, media, and digital stakeholders.
• Provide senior counsel to clients regarding industry developments and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to new business pitches and market reviews to promote the influencer offering.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Influence Director (ideally 1-2+ years at this level) required.
• Strong background in influence strategy and managing large global brands required.
• Ability to foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the strategic and business context within the beauty and skincare sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for complex, integrated marketing environments.
