Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary: £90,000 - £102,000

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, overseeing deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
• Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact.
• Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external.
• Build, maintain, and track project timelines to deliver on-time and in-scope deployments.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers and Customer Success Managers for a smooth customer experience.
• Contribute to scale efforts by improving project management and delivery operations processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.
• Experience running complex technical projects, including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and software release processes.
• Persuasive, results-driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
• Able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
• Team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. Skilled at collaborating with diverse teams.
