Salary: $130,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, overseeing deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
• Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
• Build, maintain, and track project timelines to deliver on-time and in-scope deployments.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Improve project management and delivery operations processes and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.
• Experience running complex technical projects, including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and software release processes.
• Persuasive, results-driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts.
• Team player who can work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals.
