Salary: $132,000 - $230,000 USD (for work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles), $119,000 - $207,000 USD (for all other work locations including remote)

What you will do

• Deliver multiple concurrent enterprise hirify.global implementations on time and within scope.
• Design scalable, reusable solution patterns and implementation playbooks.
• Lead customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value.
• Advise customers on best practices, solution architecture, and workflow design.
• Partner with product teams to share customer insights and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in consulting, professional services, or solution delivery roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., hirify.global, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Strong background in workflow design, process mapping, and system implementation.
• Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in enterprise environments.
• Excellent consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Solid understanding of database design and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Deep hirify.global platform expertise.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or light scripting.
• Industry-specific consulting experience (e.g., marketing ops, product ops, finance ops).
• Change management and training experience.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scaling services organization.
